The data stored in Pilot WorkDrive is always Encrypted At Rest (EAR) on storage and transmission level. Your data is always safe and secure as all our data transmission to Zoho services are encrypted using TLS 1.2 protocols, 256 bit/128-bit keys, and we use SHA 256 certificates ensuring that our users have a secure connection from their browsers to our service. We use the latest and strong cyphers like AES_CBC/AES_GCM for encryption, SHA1 for message authentication and ECDHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism. We are also TRUSTe and Safe Harbor certified and our data centers have SSAE-16 and SOC-1 Type II Compliances.
